  • We believe all racquets should be handled with care. This is why it is our policy that all racquets be picked-up and delivered back to you from hand-to-hand.

    We ask that you only reserve times in which you yourself or someone representing you be there for each handoff. This protocol keeps racquets completely out of the elements of weather preserving their longevity for years to come.

    1. When your racquet is completed we will text you a block of estimated times of delivery.

    2. Confirm your drop-off time

    3. Tracking will then be shared to your phone ensuring the hand-to-hand drop-off.

  • If you have your own reel of strings. Please provide the entire reel at time of pick-up. Do not cut the string.

    If you have a 40ft single pack of strings to be used for one racquet please provide that at pickup.

    ***make sure that you have enough packs or feet in a reel to cover the amount of racquets to be strung. For a Reel: there is 200 meters = 16 racquets @ 40ft /each. It is wise to keep tally marks on each reel so you know exactly how much is left. We will help in this marking process each time we string.

    You can buy any strings we do not carry here.

  • Yes, Absolutely! This is very common. Just supply both strings at pick-up. We will give you the other halves if they came in two separate single packs OR split the two packs for a double racquet stringing request.

    If you have a reel we will mark the total feet used on packaging.

  • Yes, absolutely! You can do this in a couple of different ways:

    • String 2 racquets as a hybrid setup with 2 full 40ft string packs. One from you and one from us.

    • String 1 racquet and purchase half set of 20ft strings. You provide a reel or a pack of strings and we give you any extra string back on delivery.

    • non-hybrid stringing but different strings in each racquet.

    • Combination of hybrids & Full bed stringing requests.

  • Yes. This is very common and the easiest way.

    You can do this by adding 2 Full packs of string or by adding 4 half-sets. Stringing specifics of what string goes where can be edited in “stringing details.”

    Just make sure you have 40ft of string selected for each racquet.

  • This is perfectly fine! you can always upgrade and prorate your membership to string your racquets with more savings under the upgraded plan. OR you can enter the shop and purchase a full price single stringing request at $28/each. and yes you can do this multiple times.

  • Only Ace Members (4 racquets a month) can space out their stringing but only in packs of two twice a month.

    Pro Members must string 2 at same time.

    All other request. (Adding more string jobs to existing plans) are welcome.

  • Yes. Absolutely. Within reason.

  • No. We strongly advise everyone to string often for health reasons. Did you know the tension in a racquet goes down 15% within a month without even being hit. This is the reason we created a string club, so players who string often can be rewarded with much more than a healthy arm but savings to boot. We are here to help make your request now.

  • Yes! We can schedule a few pick-up and drop off locations at tennis courts inside of public parks.

  • Yes, Absolutely! Send inquiries to info@loveallstringing.com

  • You do not have to string the same racquet each time. String as many different racquets at any interval you choose. Friends, family, and partners welcome.

  • Yes! we will restring most junior racquets. Should you? Some junior racquets are worth less than the strings you put in it.

    However, some junior racquets are made with the same materials as adult racquets and are worthy of a restring. We would be happy to answer any questions to help in this decision.

  • Yes! We have plenty of experience stringing these, usually at much lower tensions. Same rates apply.

  • Yes! of Course.

  • We will not string any racquet that has a crack in it and is beyond repair.

  • Unfortunately no. All extra services are considered “add-on” services and can only be requested with the stringing of a racquet.
